The last mile matters

Almost finished can still
lose the customer.

A site can look respectable and still fail at the exact moment a visitor tries to use it.

Broken path

A link, button, form, resource, or route does not work.

Awkward mobile

The phone experience is clipped, confusing, or unfinished.

Visible friction

Front-end errors make the business look less reliable than it is.

Missing fundamentals

Titles, labels, metadata, or crawl instructions are malformed.

The offer

The $299
Launch-Ready Repair

For a small website of up to five public pages, we inspect the agreed pages and one primary customer journey, repair up to five clear front-end defects, and complete one regression and verification pass.

A bounded repair—not an unlimited promise

If the correct repair is uncertain, requires unsupported access, presents material risk, or falls outside the package, we may decline the item or offer a separate quote.

What is included

  • Focused review of up to five public pages and one customer journey
  • Repair of up to five clear front-end defects
  • Broken links, routes, resources, and interactions
  • Obvious mobile and responsive presentation failures
  • Missing titles, labels, accessible names, and placeholder metadata
  • One regression and verification pass
  • A concise completion report

Outside the standard package

  • Backend, database, authentication, payment, ecommerce, email, or CRM work
  • Substantial redesign, new copywriting, SEO strategy, or maintenance
  • Security testing, certification, or legal and regulatory advice
  • More than five pages or five repair items unless separately quoted
  • Production deployment or substantial platform administration unless written into scope

A precise fit

For a nearly finished site—not a new build.

A good fit

A small business, consultant, nonprofit, or independent operator with a functioning website that needs a careful final pass before sending customers to it.

Not this package

A new website build, full redesign, complex web application, backend repair, or site requiring open-ended technical support.

The process

A clear sequence.
Sensitive access only when needed.

01

Request a fit check

Send the URL, platform if known, apparent problem, and primary customer journey. No credentials.

02

Receive written scope

We identify the covered pages, repair boundary, exclusions, fee, and target timing.

03

Accept and pay

Accept the terms and Scope Confirmation in writing, then pay the fixed fee.

04

Provide approved materials

After payment, follow secure instructions for the minimum source or access needed.

05

Repair and verify

We complete the repair, regression pass, verification, and completion report.

When the 48-hour target begins

Only after payment clears and we confirm that accepted terms, complete intake, approved materials, and usable access are all in hand. Time awaiting information, access, authorization, or a customer decision is excluded. The 48-hour period is a target, not a guarantee.

What you receive

Clear repairs.
Clear evidence.

The repaired deliverable

Source, repository changes, export, staging result, or other deliverable stated in writing.

A completion report

What was found, fixed, verified, unresolved, or outside scope.

Verification

A final pass across the accepted pages and primary customer journey.

Useful evidence

Before-and-after evidence where it helps explain the work.

Preliminary fit check

Tell us what is not
ready for your customer.

We will review the public site and tell you whether it appears to fit the $299 Launch-Ready Repair, needs a separate quote, or is better handled elsewhere.

Keep sensitive material out of this form.

Do not send passwords, repository invitations, source files, customer information, or other credentials at this stage.

Frequently asked

Before you request
a fit check.

Do you need my password to decide whether the site fits?

No. The preliminary fit check requires only the public website URL, the platform if known, the apparent problem, the primary customer journey, and confirmation that you are authorized to request the work.

When do I provide source files or access?

Only after SiteWorks accepts the engagement, the written terms and scope are accepted, and payment has cleared. You will then receive secure, engagement-specific instructions.

Will you redesign my website?

No. The standard package is a bounded front-end repair service, not a redesign or new website build.

Will you deploy the repaired site?

Not as part of the standard package unless production deployment is expressly included in the written Scope Confirmation. Otherwise, we deliver the repaired source, repository changes, export, or staging result for your deployment.

Do you guarantee traffic, sales, rankings, or compliance?

No. SiteWorks repairs and verifies the accepted front-end scope. It does not guarantee business results, search rankings, security, accessibility certification, or legal or regulatory compliance.
